I hereby consent to the processing of my personal data by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labor and Tourism Baden-Württemberg and VDC Fellbach for the purpose of conducting the following event: Virtual Worlds – Experiencing Opportunities in the Metaverse & XR EXPO on May 8 and 9, 2025, at Hanns-Martin-Schleyer-Halle & Porsche-Arena, Mercedesstraße 69, 70372 Stuttgart and Maritim Hotel, Seidenstraße 34, 70174 Stuttgart.
The processing of my data is carried out exclusively for the purpose of planning, organizing, conducting, and following up on the above-mentioned event. This includes, in particular, the management of registrations and participant lists, communication within the scope of event organization, issuing participation confirmations, and documenting the event (e.g., photos, videos, participant lists). The types of data processed include, among others, first and last name, contact information (email), institution/organization, and any additional data collected as part of the registration or event. The data will not be stored longer than necessary to achieve the aforementioned purposes. My data will not be passed on to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfill the above-mentioned purpose or required by law. All data is secured through technical and organizational measures against loss, destruction, access, alteration, and dissemination.
Data processing is based on my voluntary consent pursuant to Art. 6 (1)(a) GDPR. I have the right to withdraw this consent at any time with future effect or to object to the processing. I also have the right to access my personal data at any time, the right to rectify or delete it, the right to restrict its processing, and the right to data portability.
